How To Book
With our new online booking system it is now easy as pie to book yourself in for an adventure in the tree tops. We can also arrange your booking over the phone on 0800 TARZAN (827 926).
To make a booking you need to have the following information ready:
- The date you would like to visit.
- Your preferred start time.
- The number of climbers in your group.
- The adventure options everyone would like to complete.
- A credit card for the required deposit payment.
If you’re unsure about using the online booking system, here is an easy step-by-step guide on what to do.
Making a Booking Online
Select your preferred date on the calendar
Select adventure options for your group members. Important things to note: Your group is allowed to split over different adventures options as long as there is adequate supervision for climbers under 16. Please see our supervision guidelines for more info. Please note: your chosen adventure option can easily be changed on the day of your booking. Only include members of your group who will be climbing on the day, spectators do not need to book.
Double check required supervision ratios for your group. This is a vital part of the booking process because if you do not have adequate supervision on the day it may disrupt how many children in your group can climb at any one time. This is especially important if you have children wanting to complete different adventure options.
Select your desired booking time, the system will show you which times have space for your group.
Enter your booking details.
Confirm your booking details and process the required deposit payment, deposits can only be made via credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). Please ensure you double check the date, time and group number are correct before confirming your booking.
Once your booking has been processed you will be emailed confirmation. To save check-in time at the park we also recommend you fill out the disclaimer form which can be found using the link in your booking confirmation email.
