This is what we’re doing to keep everyone safe during your visit:

• Anyone who is feeling unwell or displaying any COVID-19 symptoms must stay at home and follow Ministry of Health Guidelines.
• Our reception area will include the use of barriers to keep groups separated, and all visitors must keep a distance of 1 m from other groups in the park.
• Our online Risk Disclosure forms must be completed prior to check-in.
• Contactless payment is available.
• Handwashing and sanitising stations are available throughout the park.

Cancellation due to COVID-19:

If anyone in your group is unable to visit due to testing positive for COVID-19 you can either reschedule to another date or cancel your booking and receive a full refund of your deposit.
