Our COVID-19 Safety Plan

We have implemented a COVID-19 Safety Plan to meet the Level 2 requirements to safely reopen the adventure park. We all have a part to play in reducing the risk of Covid-19 transmission and keeping each other safe. All visitors to the park are expected to adhere to the following requirements:

  • If you or anyone in your bubble is sick or feeling unwell, please stay home and help protect our staff and visitors. Please don’t come to the park.
  • Hygiene standards & including washing or sanitising your hands when asked and coughing or sneezing into your elbow. Hand sanitiser is available at the start of every course.
  • Contact tracing & provide contact details during check-in should contact tracing be required.
  • Physical distancing & keeping a safe distance of 2 metres from other customers while in the park.
  • Maximum group size of 10 people & this includes participants, supervisors and spectators. We regret that groups with 10+ people will be asked to reduce numbers or risk being turned away.
  • Follow and respect all signage and directions from Park Staff.

Our team will be implementing the following measures:

  • Contactless payments including PayWave.
  • Regularly clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting safety equipment following use.
  • Wearing PPE (face mask and gloves) when in sustained close contact with customers e.g. fitting safety equipment and assistance on the high-wire activities.
  • Staying at home when feeling unwell.
  • Closing our picnic area as the tables are high touch areas and not considered safe according to the current guidance.
